- Search your inbox for “Elegantia”.
- Still no luck? Email contact@elegantia.store with your order number and we’ll resend the link.
Tracking statuses — what they mean
- Order confirmed / Processing: We’re preparing your items (typically 1–4 business days; custom items may take longer).
- Label created / Pre-shipment: Carrier has the label; tracking updates after first scan.
- In transit: Your parcel is moving through the network.
- Out for delivery: Scheduled for delivery today.
- Delivered: Delivered to the address or local collection point.
Typical delivery windows
- UK: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 1–2 weeks
- USA: 1–2 weeks
- Middle East / Central Asia: ~3 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
- South America: 2–5 weeks
