Didn’t receive a tracking email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder and the “Promotions” tab.
  • Search your inbox for “Elegantia”.
  • Still no luck? Email contact@elegantia.store with your order number and we’ll resend the link.

Tracking statuses — what they mean

  • Order confirmed / Processing: We’re preparing your items (typically 1–4 business days; custom items may take longer).
  • Label created / Pre-shipment: Carrier has the label; tracking updates after first scan.
  • In transit: Your parcel is moving through the network.
  • Out for delivery: Scheduled for delivery today.
  • Delivered: Delivered to the address or local collection point.

Typical delivery windows

  • UK: 4–10 business days
  • Europe: 1–2 weeks
  • USA: 1–2 weeks
  • Middle East / Central Asia: ~3 weeks
  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
  • South America: 2–5 weeks
