Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Elegantia pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
🕒 Return Window & Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags/accessories included.
- Sunglasses: protective films/labels must be intact.
- Jewellery: must be unworn.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
📩 How to Start a Return
Email contact@elegantia.store with your:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and address.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different colour, size, or model?
Mention it in your email — we’ll reserve the replacement if stock allows.
We exchange items that are:
- Faulty or damaged
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or card statement
- Contact your card issuer (processing delays may occur)
- Contact your bank

📦 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt
- For items over £100, we recommend adding shipping insurance
We are not responsible for items lost in untracked returns.
❗ Faulty or Damaged Items
Received something faulty or damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll replace or refund your item — and provide a prepaid return label, if applicable.
🚫 Exclusions (Non-returnable items)
- Earrings or pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping
