Order Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. This short timeframe allows us to process and dispatch orders efficiently.
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at contact@elegantia.store with your order number and details.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please receive the package and refer to our Returns & Exchanges section below.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and condition.
Refunds or replacements are available for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
- The refund request was made more than 14 days after the guaranteed delivery period (44 days).
